Wednesday Spin classes have started. Beginning at 5:45pm, these high intensity spin classes are designed for triathletes
and cyclists. Heart Rate monitors are MANDATORY. The class is full, however there is a substitute list for people
who can't make a session. Contact Karen through email or phone if you can not make a class.

BIKE RIDES - We are looking for weekday evening bike ride options starting in April. We will be leaving from the
Center, probably around 5:45pm, for an hour ride. Tentatively planned for Friday nights. Check back for more information.

INDOOR TRIATHLON - Classes starting soon, check here for more information. The training sessions will culminate
in an indoor triathlon (optional outdoor run) sometime in May.
